Portals is a site-specific public artwork by Fred Eversley commissioned by Related Ross in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach. Located at Julian Abele Park, adjacent to One Flagler, the installation comprises eight freestanding, 16.5-foot-tall, vertically fluted parabolic sculptures fabricated from seamless, mirror-polished stainless steel.

Inspired by the architectural legacy of Julian Abele and the contemporary design of One Flagler by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the work creates a visual connection between historic and modern architecture. The highly reflective surfaces interact with changing light, landscape, and movement, creating an evolving experience for visitors.

Commissioned through an invited competition directed by Culture Corps, Portals was fabricated by CIG in collaboration with UAP, combining advanced engineering, precision forming, and high-specification stainless steel finishing to realize the artist's vision.
